The Meadowbank Inn in Arbroath, Angus is an excellent wedding venue and the perfect place to host your big day. With two recently refurbished function rooms, full catering service, staff team and a fully licenced bar, the Meadowbank Inn is one of the top wedding venues in Angus.

We have wedding packages to suit all budgets and can ensure that you have a memorable and stress free wedding day. Our friendly and professional staff have extensive experience in helping couples coordinate their celebrations and are on hand to guide and advise you.

Our large function room (The Harvest Suite) can seat up to 230 guests and boasts a bar, large dancefloor, PA system, lighting and much more. In addition to this we also offer a smaller function room (The Stables Lounge) as a more intimate wedding venue.

How many people can your wedding venue hold?
Our large function room can seat up to 230 wedding guests or 160 if you would like a dance floor. Our smaller room seats up to 60 guests.

Can I have my ceremony there?
Yes, you can have both your ceremony and wedding reception at the Meadowbank. Both of our function rooms have been approved by Angus Council as suitable venues for civil marriages. The cost to hire the hall for your ceremony is £200.

How much is the deposit?
You will be required to pay a £300 non-refundable deposit to secure your preferred date.

When is the full balance due?
The remainder of the balance will be due after the event.

Where is the venue situated?

Is there parking?
The venue has a large private car park.

Is there disabled access?
Yes. The venue is fully accessible for those using wheelchairs.

Do you offer accommodation?
We do not have accommodation facilities on the premise however there are a variety of hotels and guesthouses nearby in Arbroath and Dundee.

What is your policy for children in the premise?

How much will it cost?
The starting price in 2018 for a wedding breakfast is £34.95 for a three-course meal offering two choices for each course. Evening buffets start at £3.50 per head for stovies, or £6.20 per head for sandwiches and sausage rolls, tea and coffee. Additional items can be added and priced accordingly.

Can I bring in my own catering?
